Popcorn
Popcorn gorws well in our area and in our community garden. Popcorn grows the same as sweet corn, but you have to leave the corn on the stalks until they turn brown.
To "cure" the corn: after you harvest it, you need to let it hang in a cool dry place for four weeks. then you can take it off the cobs and pop it!
