Rat-tails (Radish):
Rat-tails (Radish): Little known but not new Edible-podded radishes are less known than their root cousins, but they are not new.
Introduced into England in 1815 from Java, by the 1860s they were popular as a kitchen garden vegetable in Europe and North America.
Grow them the same as a regular radish, but then, let them bloom and form the seed pods. Harvest them while they are still tender.
