The Work Gets underway!

Early on April 4th, Parks Forestry and Recreation came with their big trucks and strong hands to move our garden shed so that they could start the project for our garden. Their plan was very last minute ... so it was just Tim and I to move the tools out of the garden shed. The other gardeners had already cleaned out most of the extra tools and heavy things, so it was not too difficult.

This place, just outside the garden area, is only a temporary location for the old garden shed. As soon as the new one is built. this one will be removed.

Safety First! -

HERE IS THE RULE:

While the work crews are in the garden working – gardeners are not allowed inside the fence of the garden area at all – if they insist on staying – the work crew will up and leave, therefore delaying the project. This will be in effect until the project is finished ... some time in May.
