Our annual Harvest Festival is almost upon us! Come enjoy some good company, happy activities and sharing a fabulous meal made from our very sweaty efforts this summer, as the season comes to a close.

Gardeners, family, friends, neighbours and COMMUNITY MEMBERS are all welcome! If you've never been over to the garden and want to check it out, this is a great chance to do that and meet your neighbours.

Date: Saturday, September 17th

Location: Perth-Dupont Community Garden

4pm: Free yoga in the park (led by an instructor from the nearby Po studio, for all ages and abilities. Bring a mat, towel or enjoy the feel of the earth beneath your feet.)

AND

Kite-making for kids and adults

5:30pm: Potluck and "stone soup" (a soup/stew prepared with ingredients people donate) to enjoy. Please bring a dish or ingredient to share, plates, cutlery, cups and napkins for yourself and your guests.

We're also planning an informal baseball game; please bring a glove, ball or bat if you've got them.

Our fundraising table which will include items from our community garden: produce, cut flowers, seeds; as well as household items.
